Pom-Pie at Udea’s Ekotown Suppliers Day – August 31st

On August 31st, Pom-Pie had the pleasure of attending Udea’s Ekotown Suppliers Day — an inspiring and well-organised event that brought together a diverse mix of sustainable and organic brands, all focused on driving positive change in the organic food sector.

The day offered a fantastic opportunity for suppliers and partners to connect directly with Udea’s team, category buyers, retail partners and customers. Held in an energetic and collaborative atmosphere, the event featured product tastings, networking sessions, and discussions around the future of organic retail in the Netherlands and beyond.

Pom-Pie proudly presented its organic offering to both the Udea buying team and retail representatives. With strong interest in innovative, sustainable, and high-quality products, our presentation focused on:

• Our Story – Sharing Pom-Pie’s mission to create delicious, meat and plant-forward pies made only with organic, responsibly sourced ingredients.

• Product Sampling – Offering live tastings of our flagship pies and empanada’s, which received enthusiastic feedback for both flavour and unique positioning.

• Sustainability & Transparency – Highlighting our clean ingredient lists and small-batch production ethos.

Throughout the day, we engaged in valuable conversations with category buyers, who expressed clear interest in bringing fresh, differentiated organic products to their shelves.
